This free online Roman to Preeti converter turns English letters into Preeti font output as you type. There is no Nepali keyboard to install and no new layout to learn. You just type the way the words sound: mero ghar becomes Preeti-encoded text ready for Word and PageMaker. The conversion runs entirely in your browser, so the page stays private and works offline once loaded.
Behind the scenes the tool works in two steps. Your roman letters are first mapped to Unicode Devanagari, m, e, r, o become मेरो. It handles aspirated consonants like kh, gh and chh plus retroflex pairs like t/th and d/dh. That Devanagari is then encoded into Preeti, with conjuncts, reph and the i-matra placed the way the Preeti font expects. You see only the final Preeti result, ready to copy.
There is no sign-up, no character limit and nothing to install. Paste a sentence, an essay or a full document, and the Preeti output appears instantly in the right pane. Click "Copy result", paste it into your document and set the font to Preeti. Because everything runs on your device, the tool also works offline once the page has loaded.
This page uses the same most accurate, self-formatting engine as the Unicode to Preeti converter. Your Roman text is mapped to Unicode Devanagari, then the syllable-level engine auto-reorders i-matra, reph and conjuncts into Preeti visual order. If you want Unicode Devanagari output instead, use theRoman to Nepali (Unicode) converter. For Unicode text typed in Mangal, Kalimati, Nirmala UI or Kokila, use theUnicode to Preeti converter on the homepage. There is no separate step for any of those fonts.
